The third wine that I have had from Telavi Marani, Kindzmarauli was a nice red treat that wasn't as sweet as the Akhasheni that I tasted before.

This wine has a gentle and soft sweetness, a little like the other, but a loss less sweet, and the tannins are somewhat softer. There is still that heavy flavor of jams made from dark berries, as well as a little spice, and I would say that this wine is perfect either after dinner, or with some traditional Georgian cuisine (I might have to make my way to their consulate to see what they've got).

And the color, the color is amazing, it's the deepest purple that you can find. I would definitely tell you not to spill this on anything.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
